1. How long does a job interview take?
An employment interview takes one and a half to two hours. The length of the interview depends on the level of the position: the more experience a candidate has and thus the wider the spectrum of areas to be checked, the longer the interview will last.
2. What does a job interview look like?
An employment interview is divided into three stages. During the first stage you will learn a bit more about the company, its structure, the projects we create, the teams and benefits. This is also the time to learn about your expectations from the new workplace. The second stage is a short test that will allow us to learn about your approach to problem solving and will test your logical thinking skills. The third and final stage is an interview with a technical person regarding your experience: technologies used and checking the level of knowledge in a given area. In the case of an online interview, we skip the second stage.
3. What is the feedback after the interview and how soon can I expect to hear back?
You will receive feedback after the interview up to 7 days after the meeting with us. It consists of a technical assessment and our decision regarding the beginning of cooperation.
4. What forms and duration of cooperation does Global4Net offer?
Our specialists work on the basis of both employment contracts and self-employment. The first contract of employment is concluded for a period of 3 trial months, then, after a positive completion of a trial period, the contract is extended for one year/indefinite period of time. The contract on the basis of sole proprietorship is concluded for an indefinite period.
