Magento enterprise – the paid version

Alongside the generally used version of Magento Community, there is also a paid version of the platform – Magento Enterprise, offering many valuable and extensive functionalities, significantly supporting sales in the online store. The annual license of the paid version of Magento starts from 14 420 $. Next, to various additional marketing and sales tools, we also have help and technical support from the Magento team, greater security and scalability of the store, a mobile version written in HTML 5 and many other functionalities.
Customer segmentation – allows you to divide customers into demographic characteristics such as place of residence, age, and sales behavior. An additional benefit is the ability to categorize users who visited our website for the first time and to address them with a special sales offer while increasing the conversion rate.
SEO optimization – the capacity to set friendly addresses, auto-generated site map and map for Google and the ability to assign any metadata for a category page and product.
Targeted promotions – Magento Enterprise enables the inclusion of special descriptions, promotions or prices for relevant customer segments on the website. It also enables sending a newsletter to these groups.
Coupons – the capacity to manage and monitor the use of coupons along with the generation of appropriate reports.
Rating and comments – Magento Enterprise permits giving rewards to people who place a link to products, for example on social networks or share product news with friends.
Browser – anyone who has ever implemented a Magento store knows that the standard search engine in this system is one of its weakest points. Thanks to Magento Enterprise, we have a significantly updated browser that allows you to configure hints or synonyms and increase search speed and quality.
Using cookies – Magento Enterprise allows users to switch between devices by using long-term cookies.
Rewards for users – the administrator has the possibility of creating a loyalty program for clients in exchange for various actions taken (registrations, writing comments, recommending to friends and others).
Private sale – the opportunity of creating a special site with access for selected users along with the chance of buying goods at lower prices. The administrator sets when the sale may start and end (on the website it is possible to use a special counter).
Automatic e-mail reminders – the powers to set up automatic e-mails for different situations, e.g. in the case of an abandoned shopping cart or a long-left wish list (the ability to set different parameters – frequency, quantity, etc.).
Wishlists – the possibility to share wish lists with friends.
Gift lists – Users can create gift lists that can then be bought for them by friends or family.
Gift cards – the possibility of purchasing virtual gift cards based on the amount paid to the store’s account.
The Enterprise version is ready to manage even the most extensive product catalogs and thousands of users at the same time without any major problems. The store’s architecture is built so that it can handle tens of thousands of transactions per hour. It further permits you to test new categories and products before they are even shown to other users in the store. One license allows you to service multiple stores on independent sites as part of a single installation (multistore).
